Finnsh education system

I feel honored and happy to study in Finland. Unlike in China, learning here focuses on teamwork and autonomous learning after class. In the school cafeteria or lounge, you can see many students discussing learning and homework. I was so impressed that I feel that Finnish students enjoy learning and do not take learning as a burden. I think this is a particularly good way to teach students to learn autonomously and at the same time train teamwork.

According to some article analysis, there are 4 reasons why Finland's education is among the best:1.Teachers have full teaching freedom and curriculum autonomy.They can choose their own teaching materials and teaching content, and even decide the teaching progress. 2. less assessment of teachers, do not judge.There is no strict evaluation of teachers in Finnish schools.3. Only graduated with a master's degree can be employed as a primary school teacher.It is not easy to think of elementary school teachers in Finland. Finnish teachers are selected from the best students, he has at least a master's degree 4. Flexible teaching for students with different learning progress.Finnish education places special emphasis on students with learning difficulties. Students with different learning progress are usually flexibly assigned to different classes. 

I think it is quite ture, that is the reason why I still wanna study further in Finland.
