Italian food

What impressed me most about Italy was Italian food. When it comes to Italian cuisine, the most commonly thought of is pizza and pasta. I have tasted a lot of Italian food before going to Italy, but after tasting real Italian food, I still have a certain degree of change in impression.

This is my first meal after I went to Italy. This pasta is made with tomato as the main ingredient. The tomato flavor and strong cheese flavor are perfectly combined. The noodles are thicker than I have eaten before. A bite will give you a strong taste of cheese. The first meal gave me the impression that the Italian meal was very heavy. Especially I also ordered a cup of espresso, which has a very strong flavor.

Carbonara is derived from the Italian name "Carbonara" and is commonly used to refer to an Italian food called "baked noodles with cheese sauce". Pasta contains eggs, minced meat or ham, grated cheese and condiments. This is my favorite pasta. Its cheese taste is still strong, but with the taste of cheese, I think it is acceptable. The taste of this pasta is very sticky, and the flavor of sausage is added. Both my friends and I like it.

This is my last meal out of Italy. It is a kind of paella. I don't particularly like it because the rice is too hard. The taste is still very heavy, but the flavor of the cheese does not blend well into the rice.

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert with a coffee flavor. Mascarpone cheese is used as the main material, and finger biscuits are used to replace traditional dessert sponge cakes, and other materials such as coffee and cocoa powder are added. The texture changes in the mouth when it is fragrant, smooth, sweet, greasy, and soft. The taste is not blindly sweet.

In Italian, Tiramisu means "take me away right away", which means that after eating such delicious food, you will be happy and as if you were in a fairyland.

Panini is Italian. It is a traditional Italian sandwich. After filling with Italian bread, the panini is heated and pressed into a panini toaster to make a hot sandwich. I don't really like panini's bread portion because it is a bit too hard for me. It tastes a bit like a burger, but the filling and sauce are more intense and delicious.

Italian pizza is famous all over the world. This family's pizza is located around the Vatican and is highly rated. The lunch for one person has six different flavors of pizza, and I think it is very user-friendly. The service in this restaurant is very good and my friends and I have left a tip.
